Mr. Zing trade account

In consideration of Mr. Zing agreeing to supply goods to the applicant on credit, I unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee the due and punctual payment of all amounts the applicant owes to Mr. Zing now or in the future, and as a separate obligation I indemnify Mr. Zing against any loss arising from the applicant's failure to pay. This is a continuing guarantee and indemnity. It is not discharged or reduced by the applicant's insolvency, external administration or liquidation, and where given by more than one person it binds us jointly and severally. It extends to the debt plus interest, default charges and Mr. Zing's reasonable costs of recovery (including legal costs).
